Hm, yes, slut shaming was exactly the missing piece this misogynist puzzle of a song needed.

IDT there’s any reason to think he’s intending the changes to go in with the song? Like, I don’t think there’s any indication the point of the changes was to create actual new thematic content, vs just saying “blowjob” and “dick” onstage. And unless it were tied in with the thematic content (or given other context), I can’t read it as slut-shaming, because there’s nothing inherently wrong with blowjobs or promiscuity.
